what comes next?

Thank you for completing your request, we will review it during normal business hours (8am-5:30pm) and contact you with a final estimate.

***Online requests made outside normal business hours MAY NOT be reviewed until 10 am the next day. Please call by 8 am to confirm your request was received.***

  • IMPORTANT: if your pet is on CBD or THC products, please DO NOT GIVE ANY ADDITIONAL DOSES if it is less than 24 hours before your appointment. This can make the sedative effects less predictable and can affect the amount of time it takes for your pet to relax.

    ***Additional clay prints and ink prints (only available with aftercare services) MUST be requested before the end of your visit or they cannot be guaranteed***

How will ashes be returned to me?

  • Complimentary hand delivery is offered for local clients only and is subject to our scheduling limitations; these deliveries are typically offered on Sundays only. The delivery team will reach out via text to confirm once your pet’s ashes are ready to come home. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate requests outside of the day/time provided for complimentary delivery, but we can reschedule to an upcoming delivery date.

  • For clients needing a specific time/date or outside of our local area, hand delivery is available for an additional fee ($100-175); distance limitations will apply.

  • Ashes can also be shipped at no additional fee with a tracking number - a signature IS required and any returned packages will be subject to a redelivery fee
